The Suggestion of Optimal Supply Process for New Orders
Adamík, Vít ; Sedláček, Petr (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
The topic of diploma thesis was implemented in selected mechanical engineering company producing precision parts in small series. The main aim of the thesis is to create the suggestion of optimal supply process for new orders. The first part of thesis describes the company, area of its business and the processes of the order. In second part, the production analysis is carried out: production order path, production analysis for two reference parts, comparison of all time delay over two last years, find bottlenecks in the supply process. Base on analysis, theoretical approaches was described. In the last chapter there are suggestions for improvement of supply processes and thus shortening of production time of new orders.
The project of introducing a new prototype of a machine tool into series production
Břenek, Lukáš ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a topic of project management. The first part is focused on a research behind the theory of project management. In the second part, an analysis of the current state of project management in a selected company producing machine tools is performed first. Then it is followed by a proposal to change the process. In the last part, the individual proposals are then analysed and shown on a real project. These proposals could lead to improvements in productivity and product after implementation.
Creating Production Plans for the Selected Business
Kaděra, Štěpán ; Vendolský, Ondřej (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on creation of production plans in bussines and comparing of two ERP systems, which one is more suitable for work with production plans. Result of this investigation should be used as one of many materials for decision which system will be used in future and which will be discarded.
Production scheduling by advanced algorithms
Voňka, Radim ; Miklas, Václav (referee) ; Touš, Michal (advisor)
Production planning is an integral part of all factory companies. Achieving effective planning in piece production companies is very complicated. Optimization algorithms are used to solve complex planning-related problems, which can effectively solve problems in real time and thus achieve the desired results. The creation and implementation of capacity planning in order to minimize production times in the company is the topic of the thesis. The Python programming language is used to create a tool for optimal production planning.
Optimal production scheduling in an industrial enterprise
Voňka, Radim ; Vondra, Marek (referee) ; Touš, Michal (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the optimal capacity plan and the preparation of documents for its implementation. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis acquaints the reader with the possible classification of the model for planning and the distribution of optimization algorithms, according to which it is possible to solve specific planning situations in companies. In the practical part, the information of the theoretical part is used and a suitable algorithm for a specific company is assigned according to specifications and requirements. The aim is to create input data for capacity planning and evaluate a suitable way to implement the algorithm.
Capacity Planning in Relation to the Technical State of Gas Facilities
Smištíková, Lucie ; Pošvářová, Marie (referee) ; Luňáček, Jiří (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis is focused on the process of capacity planning in relation to the condition of gas facilities in RWE Distribuční služby, s.r.o. It describes the process of inspection activities carried out on gas installations according to their technical condition, which is the starting basis for capacity planning of inspection activities, and compares theoretical knowledge with reality. The conclusion describes economic results related to the implementation of predictive maintenance based on technical condition evaluation.
